With the mission of providing trusted quality healthcare products and services, at the UIP Factory, quality is the top priority and is always emphasized in all operational and production activities. On April 26, 2024, the Factory Management Board implemented the ‘Quality Day’ program, which takes place every month, starting from April 2024, with various themes aimed at spreading the spirit of upgrading, improving, and maintaining high quality to all colleagues working at the factory, aiming to build a ‘Quality Culture’ in line with the direction in the Quality Handbook of the Company and the UniLab Group.

Với Sứ Mệnh cung cấp các sản phẩm và dịch vụ y tế chất lượng cao, tại nhà máy UIP, chất lượng là mục tiêu hàng đầu và luôn được chú trọng trong mọi hoạt động vận hành & sản xuất.
Vào ngày 26.04.24, Ban quản lý Nhà máy đã triển khai chương trình Ngày Chất lượng diễn ra mỗi tháng, áp dụng từ tháng 04/2024 với nhiều chủ đề khác nhau nhằm lan tỏa tinh thần nâng cấp, cải tiến và duy trì chất lượng cao đến với toàn thể Anh Chị Em làm việc tại Nhà máy, hướng đến xây dựng “Văn hóa Chất lượng” theo định hướng trong Sổ Tay Chất Lượng của Công ty và Tập đoàn UniLab.
