That’s why Growth Connect #2, under UIP’s L.E.A.D. Program, featured “Managing Your Manager Effectively”—a practical yet often overlooked skill in professional development.
The session also featured Ms. Lê Thị Kim Anh – CEO of Dynamic Consulting, Vice President of the Vietnam Human Resources Association (VNHR), and a seasoned HR leader with over 30 years of experience, the session offered valuable insights into Managing Up, understanding different leadership styles, and building productive partnerships with managers to achieve shared goals.

Với sự đồng hành của Ms. Lê Thị Kim Anh – CEO Dynamic Consulting, Phó Chủ tịch Hiệp hội Nhân sự Việt Nam (VNHR) và hơn 30 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực quản trị nhân sự, chương trình đã mang đến nhiều góc nhìn thực tế về Managing Up, cách thấu hiểu phong cách lãnh đạo của cấp trên và xây dựng sự hợp tác hiệu quả để cùng đạt được mục tiêu chung.
