After six months of dedicated effort, the “Tre Xanh” project has officially gone live this week on June 3rd, 2024, featuring the implementation of the SAP-Coupa system. This marks a significant milestone as it is the first time the UIP organization operates in a systematic and automated manner.
The SAP-Coupa system seamlessly integrates functions, automating processes to boost efficiency and speed. Streamlines workflows, reduces manual tasks, and frees our team for strategic work. Showcased agile teamwork and cross-functional collaboration, embodying the Bayanihan spirit.This transformation revolutionizes our work, enhancing patient care, healthcare value, and business goals.
